The boring but important things…

Payment Details

For all bookings we require credit/debit card details to guarantee payment and 50% is charged to your card, the remainder will be paid on check out in either cash or by card. We will send you an email confirming the booking. We accept a range of payment cards but we are unable to accept AMEX or Diners Club cards. Prices are per room per night and include breakfast and all taxes.

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable, however if cancellation takes place 30 days or more before stay, it may be carried forward to a future booking.
Within 1 week or no show the full cost will be payable. You are advised to take out insurance to cover this.
A binding contract is established once a booking has been made and a deposit has been paid.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival & Departure

Your accommodation is available to for you to check in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check out is no later than 10.30am on the day of departure. Please contact us if these times are not convenient, we can be flexible and should be able to achieve a solution that works for you.

Check Guests staying more than one night are welcome to come and go as they please throughout the day. For guests staying more than one night we will simply empty bins and replace refreshments. Beds/towels will only be changed on request (after a minimum of two nights).

Damages and Breakages

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse access to your accommodation or withdraw your accommodation and require you to leave immediately and without notice or a refund if in our reasonable opinion you or a member of your party are abusive, aggressive or excessively intoxicated with alcohol or under the influence of drugs.

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Pets

Unfortunately we don’t accept pets.

Data

Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.

Safe & Secure

Guests are provided with a full set of keys facilitating hotel type access at all times. We provide off-street parking with security lighting. Belle Vue is TOTALLY NON-SMOKING but guests are welcome to smoke in our designated external smoking area.
